Class Descriptions

Vinyasa Flow

This class is an open-level alignment-based vinyasa flow. We will move on the breath, linking the postures together. Lots of options are offered, but this is a rigorous, active practice, and not recommended for complete beginners.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga uses body weight and gravity in floor-based postures to passively lengthen the connective tissues. Poses are held from 3 to 7 minutes. This quiet practice is both physically and mentally challenging, and will increase flexibility in the body.  All levels welcome.

Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga explores the traditional yoga postures using the hammock as a prop, with some circus elements sprinkled in. This class conditions the core, grip, and pull strength in ways that mat yoga cannot offer. Come to breathe, fly, and have fun.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga is the practice of breathwork, chanting, meditation, and movement, with the purpose of strengthening the nervous system and increasing the life force energy within... A unique and powerful practice!

Yin & Flow

Yinyasa is a fusion of yin yoga and vinyasa flow.  Yin is practiced first, to effectively target and lengthen the connective tissues in the body. This is followed by an active, strengthening vinyasa practice.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is often referred to as "nap time for adults." In this class, blankets, blocks, and bolsters will be used to support the body in gentle floor-based postures.  Poses are held from 10 to 15 minutes to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing the body and mind to completely relax.  This class is suitable for everyone and anyone seeking refuge from the overstimulation of daily life.

Gentle Yoga

A slow-paced, gentle yoga class with a focus on floor-based stretching and mindful movement.  Beginner-friendly.
